now that lead work is truly outstanding. Dude, the rhythm-base beneath it is also very fitting and grooves like hell!
Anyway, really nice track, but I'd really like some vocals in stuff like that ;) some of the riff-sections scream for them.
Overall, excellent work! Keep ém coming!

Excellent cover. The instrumentalization is spot-on! The vocals are very nice too, for some strange reason they remind me of a more extreme Ministry, I think I can hear an industrial touch even.
Overall, excellent.

Thanks man :) Glad you liked it. Its really good to hear from you as always.
I'll try to make more in this type of quality vocals and all.

Well Bone, you really did a faithful cover here.
As reviewers before me said, it's very quiet and it even sounds a bit lush when the volume's up high, but that's just a minor quibble.
It sounds good and I want to hear it with vocals!
Good job, dude.

I feel honored about teh bone covering my shit :D
Very faithful to my original and as you said, just a tad faster in the tremolo-picked parts.
Definitely a good cover :) Me is teh satisfaction

Wow, that is some really nice production there. Crisp and clear, awesome drums. How did you manage to record your guitar so well this time?
Some very neat riffs there, keep it up! Make it longer!
Author's Response:
Yeah I have been trying to get them to sound better and I think Ive found one way that works. What I done is playt he guitar riffs twice and record them seperately. Then I just panned one to the left and the other track to the right to get a fuller sound :).
Im making a long one soon. When I get the drums with vocals and all. Who knows maybe I could be as good as you :P (Highly doubt that)

"It does sound like melodic black metal"
I especially like the middle part, with the short tremolo picked melody. It gets melo-deathy later though ;)
I could very well hear the drums to this in my mind and I hope you'll finish this, it shows lots of promise.
Good work my friend.
Author's Response:
Yeah that was the riff I came up with before the song. Its my favorite lol. I am not cut out for black metal where as I dont listen to too much. Im having someone else do drums cause I cant figure out he program you sent :P.
Thanks man

You took one of the few good songs on the album and really did a well job covering it.
The vocal work is well done and almost as good as the original. Even the riffage is dead on for the most part, as well as the nifty lead parts, good job there as well.
You also managed to get a nice production job done, nothing to add here.
OVerall, that is a swell cover my friend and you surely got your guitar skills ;)
9/10 - great work.

Why thank you, I'm sure Elf will be happy to hear his vocals are almost as good as Benton's. It's always nice to hear that there's nice production since it's usually the thing I focus on the most. Thanks a lot for the review man.

Fairly excellent man, nice ripping riffs, a part of thee could be on Vio-Lence's "Oppressing the Masses" or Overkill's "Horrorscope" - truly nice stuff.
Great quality too, may I ask what kind of hardware you use?

Come on idio, you can do better than this. Lots of your ambient stuff is worth it, but this was just flat-out unconvincing :(
Author's Response:
This is what happens when you create a loop in three minutes.
Plus, my actual recording software is being annoying, whenever I render the loop, it doesn't render correctly, thus when I convert it to MP3, there is no sound.

Sir, I think you've got a problem with staying on time. Also, one of the guitartracks sounds horribly out of tune.
I don't know what exactly you were trying with this, but I felt kind of weird after listening to it - and if you want a song with a length of almost 5 minutes, you've got to add some more variety.
and a minor thing - this song is not quite black metal sounding, especially not the Chili Pepper-esque clean break ;)
rather good production though.
