Tell me one thing

Did Lemmy fuck with Tom Araya...and you were born? ^^

Seriously, you really sound like a crossbreed between those two (although more on the Araya side). Not my favourite kind of vocals, but still fairly well done.

Some of the riffs sound like a crossbreed of Divine Intervention/God Hates Us All Slayer with a very digital sounding distortion pedal in front. Could also work in an industrial context.

Overall, pretty good, nice work!

Schleif responds:

haha, why thank you my good man =p. and yep, thats how i was born. they just thought it'd be best to keep it a secret, who knows what the media would say. thanks for the review!

Neat riffage

Some very good riffs there man, it totally reminds me of recent Destruction releases. Especially the All Hell Breaks Loose/Antichrist era. I dig that a lot :)

The drums are a little loud but sound good on their own. I can't wait to hear this in a full song. Keep rocking!

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

Thanks a lot man. The full music is done, minus the solo. I reverted back to my "original" drums and dumped these. The snare was too much like gaytallica's "garbage can" sound for me.
Anyways, glad you dig, bro. \m/ Thanks for the review!

Chilling - and funky, indeed.

Yeah, this is pretty relaxing. Even though I think it's a tad too repetitive I enjoy the chilling nature of your track.

The recording itself is pretty good, no complains there. Just add a little more variation and maybe some soothing vocals could work wonders here.

Good work.

Good Playin'

Yeah, really faithful to the original. Really like your sludgy, heavy guitar tone and the rather well programmed drum-machine.

I think the vocals sound a tad too weak but I'm sure that can be expanded upon.

Overall, a really good cover of a Classic Death/Grind song.

Gotta love that intro riff :)

Creeping-Dan responds:

Cheers man! Yeh that really is one of the heaviest things ever. Vocals are weak yeah. I held back because i think the vocal lines are the hardest ever.

Interesting

Truly a weird experience. I enjoyed the mixture of industrial riffs and ambience, but the soloing seems quite offkey and doesn't quite fit into the texture of the songs.

Apart from the (quite terrible) drum machine, I enjoyed the blastbeats with heavy riffage and strong electronic presents on top to some extend - not my cup of tea, but I can appreciate the effort.

As Idiosyncratic said, expand on it. I'm sure it will work, but keep the solos out, they don't fit.

Yeah, very nice indeed.

This one grants a very nice listen. You really do know your shit on the guitar.

I especially liked your tremolo picking riffs close to the end. Very precise & aggressive. Totally sounded like Rage (the german Power/Thrash Metal band) to me and I'm very much a fan of them.

Overall, a taste of admirable skill.

Metaljonus responds:

Rage fucking rules!

Good work

It resembles the Gothic 3 soundtrack a little, which I like. As you say, it's quite sad and melancholic - which I, again, enjoy very much. Nice composition, could work very well in a sad, mysterious movie.

The recording is a bit quite and distant, but maybe that's just the effect you were trying to achieve.

Nice.

PenguinSam responds:

I see what you are saying about the recording, although it is technically an audio due to the fact that this is a computer generated audio, but I think it helps this song out like you say. Thanks.

<PS>

...but I poo from there!

Haha, normally I'm not into samples at all, but this one was very fitting :P

I thought you didn't have any Necrowhore on here, but yeah, this is good. A little sloppy towars the end, but it has such an evil Peel Sessions-style production job, which I like. Sounds like a mix of old Carcass and modern style Death/Grind alá Lust of Decay. Not insanely technical, but cool, in an exaggerated Mortician-kind of way. The vocals could be a tad more audible, but that's a minor annoyance.

Good stuff!

Kiddmeizter responds:

Thank you, thank you!
It's amazing to be compared to the likes of Carcass and Mortician, Especially since you know what you're talking about. :D

This isn't one of our technical efforts, Those aren't finished yet,
But I thank you for your review, and I will make sure to tell you when some of our new stuff comes out. ;)

Not quite bad

but I'm afraid you have a few timing mistakes there - and the mixing is quite awful :P but the ideas are nice.

Just re-record that thing, damnit and spend some more time on the level balancing.

Kiddmeizter responds:

I honestly don't know anything about level Balancing or Mixing, I Can Fix the timing, though.

I'll re-record this, and a lot of other stuff later, and I promise I will spend more time than just single takes ! :3

Thank you for your Review, <3 you!

Nice work my friend

Yeah, you did well on that one. I'm very fond of the lead guitar, not so much of the rhythm though - you could use some variation on that one. A little more background (maybe just a spice of synth) could have worked wonders as well, as I find the atmosphere a bit lacking.

Don't get me wrong though, it's good and I'm glad that the production is finally better ;)

Since now, I name you under our cult.
